Zhang Hao
Professor of Pharmacology and Pharmacognosy at the Sichuan University in Chengdu
Professor Zhang’s main topics of research are identification and analysis of medicinal plants of western Sichuan. He is also an impressing botanist. He is the scientific advisor for our trip to Sichuan.

Liu Shouyang
Professor for pharmacognosy and co-founder of the Institute of Phytopharmacy of Guangxi TCM University in Nanning
The late Professor Liu Shouyang was a widely recognized expert on medicinal plant identification as well as the director of numerous research projects in the field of medicinal plants of Guangxi. He has established the After his retirement he accepted a call from Guangxi Medicinal Plant Garden where he continued working on identification and systematization. He was the scientific advisor for our trip in Guangxi.

Zhao Hui Li
Pharmacist, specialized in pharmacognosy
Working in Switzerland since 2003 as as specialist on identification and quality control of Chinese herbs. He has been a scientific advisor for our trips to Sichuan.

Li Minhui
Pharmacognosist and expert for cultivation of medicinal plants
Dr Li studied in Beijing under professor Xiao Peigen. He is the director of the Phytopharmacy Institute of Baotou Medical College, China, and director of resource management medicinal plants of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, China. Expert and consultant for our trip to Inner Mongolia.
